Lindsay Vincent

A former assistant business editor of The Observer, Lindsay Vincent initially sought an accountancy career with the New Zealand Herald. The publishers gave him a typewriter instead. He went on to spend four years with The Australian Financial Review before coming to Britain in 1969 and joining The Guardian. He has been a regular contributor to Money Observer since the mid 1980s.
