Phil Leiwy

Phil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. After tax advisory roles at major accountancy firms, he taught taxation at university for six years. He has been in private practice since 1997 and has been writing on tax issues for Money Observer since 1989.
