Ailsa Craig is an investment manager at International Biotechnology Trust (IBT). Ailsa joined SV Health Investors, a specialist healthcare fund manager, in 2006, as IBT investment analyst before being promoted to investment manager in 2008. Prior to this, she worked at Baring Asset Management as a research analyst, covering pharmaceutical and biotechnology stocks, and for Insight Investment/Rothschild Asset Management in the Global/US investment team.

Penny Lovell is the CEO of the private client part of Sanlam UK’s wealth division. Prior to her current role, Penny was managing director at Rothschild and Fleming Family and Partners, and head of private client, marketing and distribution at Close Brothers Asset Management.
Annabel Brodie-Smith is communications director of the Association of Investment Companies. She has worked for the body that represents the investment company industry for 23 years. For 10 years, Annabel was a trustee of the charity Personal Finance Education Group.
Anne Boden, a computer science and chemistry graduate, started her career at Lloyds Bank, and worked at financial institutions including Standard Chartered, RBS and ABN AMRO before being appointed chief operating officer at Allied Irish Banks in 2013. The following year, she founded Starling, a mobile-only banking business, and is now its chief executive officer. In 2018, she was made MBE and last year published her first book, The Money Revolution.
Anna Sofat co-founded independent financial adviser Addidi in London with her husband in 2008, with the aim of helping women grow their wealth and build their businesses. In 2019, Anna was named Financial Adviser of the Year at the Women in Financial Advice Awards. In December, Addidi joined Progeny, a national advice firm. This month, Anna won the Professional Adviser Personality of the Year award.
Victoria Hasler is director, research and consulting at Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research. Previously she worked for Brewin Dolphin as a fund analyst, at Rothschild Private Bank as a fixed income investment manager, and for Merrill Lynch where she was a fixed income analyst.
Laura Foll is a fund manager at Janus Henderson. After a degree at the London School of Economics, she joined Henderson in 2009 as part of the graduate scheme and now co-manages Janus Henderson UK Equity Income & Growth, Lowland Investment Company, and Henderson Opportunities Trust. Laura is a regular guest on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme and BBC News.
Moira O’Neill is head of personal finance at interactive investor, the second-largest online investment platform in the UK. Moira was deputy editor of Money Observer, personal finance editor at Investors Chronicle, and editor at Moneywise, before taking up her current role in 2018.
